  • Absolutely, it’s OK for your partner to come stay. We can accommodate this where we can. Its important to say that your place in the home is for you and we want you to feel comfortable and secure. So if your partner wants to spend time with you that is fine with us.

  • Yes, you can choose the food that you like to eat. We always ask what your likes and dislikes are and offer any special dietary requirements.

  • Yes, you can go out with your family. Assuming that you are well enough and can manage an outing with help from family, we encourage this. We can help arrange this for you.

We invite people into the home who are very talented and provide great entertainment. We are also always keen to know what your personal interests are so that we can help tailor our social programme to meet your needs.

  • Well, we hope that this would never happen and that we can help resolve any concerns that you have. However, if you feel unhappy and wish to leave the home to live elsewhere, we will respect your decision and help you do this along with your family and social worker. Your happiness is the most important thing.

  • Yes, we have different people who attend the home to provide religious and spiritual support and guidance. You may attend your own Church or place of worship if you like. We can help arrange that for you.

  • We can help support you to shower or bathe as often as you wish. We understand the importance of helping you maintain your personal appearance and know that this is key to ensuring your dignity and self-respect is maintained.
